Stephen Collins, often known by his nickname "trib", is the proprietor of Rock Lily Cottages, a bed and breakfast located on a 100-acre bush block property in Brogo, New South Wales, Australia.1235
Collins has an extensive background as a designer, with experience leading and developing design teams, introducing and fostering design as an organizational strength, and enabling design as a strategic lever for culture, leadership, and change in organizations of all sizes.1
Since early 2022, Collins has been on sabbatical from design work to focus on running Rock Lily Cottages.1 He takes the responsibility for stewardship of the property's land very seriously, wanting to ensure the 100 acres are well cared for.4
Collins holds several certifications, including Sustainable Vikings: Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility in Scandinavia from Copenhagen Business School and Certified Facilitator LEGO Serious Play from Pivotal Play.1 He is also an active member of iNaturalist Australia, documenting the natural world around Rock Lily Cottages.6
