AVP, Application Development, Sales & Marketing

As the Director of Application Development I’m in charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining applications to support our Sales and Marketing teams. While in this role I have served as the IT Program Manager for an agile release train responsible for delivering Customer Self Service solutions including the implementation of an online payment solution to support all lines of business, an online renewal application for the commercial line of business, a redesigned customer portal designed to provide members access to their entire healthcare history, an external IAM solution designed to allow members to have one set of login credentials across our digital ecosystem, and the redesign and enhancement of our online provider directory.

Director, Application Development, Sales & Marketing

As the Director of Digital Strategy and Operations, I was able to grow and develop a cross functional team of 20 people that included UX/Development, Operations, Marketing Analytics, and Digital Media experts. While in this role my primary focus was around increasing efficiency and decreasing cost across our group. I led a digital media team that exceeded all of our lead goals while lowering our cost per lead by 30% over the prior year. To increase efficiency, I led a team that implemented a new marketing project management system which increased transparency and improved overall project turnaround times.

Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics

As the Assistant Director of Digital Strategy and Operations, I led a cross functional team of UX/Development, Operations, Content Strategy, Digital Analytics, and Digital Media experts. While in this role, we were able to improve our marketing lead to enrollment conversion funnel by more than 20% by partnering with operations to implement an acquisition call center.  Other major accomplishments included managing the redesign and launch of a new corporate website and leading a team that organically grew Healthfirst’s Facebook presence by 400%.

Assistant Director, Digital Strategy and Operations

As the Sr. Manager of Digital marketing I had the opportunity to manage a highly talented cross functional team of UX, Operations, Digital Analytics, and Digital Media experts, as well as 3rd party vendors including services like development and online media buying. Additional responsibilities included budget management and compliance and the development and implementation of process improvements designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

As the Manager of Digital Marketing, I led a digital operations team which was responsible for numerous functions including monitoring and optimizing digital media campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates, developing standardized campaign reporting to demonstrate media efficiency and effectiveness, as well as content management for all Healthfirst web properties.

Manager, Digital Marketing and Communications

As a Product Management Analyst, I was able to develop knowledge of the Health Care industry and the market landscape for the areas we served. My responsibilities included conducting competitive analysis for Medicare Products, developing and implementing member communications across our various product lines, assisting in the development of retention strategies, including the creation of member surveys, and managing product updates to the corporate website and employee intranet.
