Stephen Barnes

Stephen Barnes is a highly ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and a profound passion for education in chemistry and general science. He aims to merge his academic knowledge and personal skills in a challenging professional setting.

His educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Education, a Master's Degree (MPhil) in Chemical Education, a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Chemistry with First Class Honours, all from the University of Southampton. He also studied High School at Brockenhurst College.

Stephen has been involved in various academic and educational roles, including serving as a Teacher of Science at Cantell School and working in different capacities at the University of Southampton, such as Science Foundation Year Laboratory Demonstrator, Chemistry Education Resource Development Officer, and Science Foundation Year Workshop Demonstrator. He has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant (Volunteer) at Noadswood School.
