Stephen Adkins serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Southeast Region at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, overseeing operational management and ensuring enterprise-wide profitability. With EPIC's specialization in risk management, property and casualty, employee benefits, and personal risk management products, Stephen brings a wealth of experience to the table. He initially joined The McCart Group in 2005, which later merged with EPIC in 2014, to lead their Risk Management and Property & Casualty Insurance Division. Through the years, Stephen has delved into various facets of enterprise operations and management, reflecting his broad expertise and commitment to the insurance industry. Stephen holds professional certifications as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM). He actively engages with industry bodies like the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers and Vistage International. His educational background includes a Master's in Management from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College Of Business and a Bachelor's in Management from Georgia Institute Of Technology.
