Stephanie Yoe-Putihrai

Stephanie Yoe-Putihrai is a former Intrapreneur trained by BCG Team and Industry Experts who transitioned to become a Venture Capitalist and Entrepreneur, with a current focus on motherhood.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and High-Tech EPS from Babson College. She also pursued Executive Education in Innovation Management & Design Thinking at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and completed her High School education at Jakarta Intercultural School and Grade/Middle School education at North Jakarta International School.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has held various roles in organizations such as Chief Executive Officer at Beluga Fund, Interim MD at Waqara, Mentor and Advisor at Indigo Incubator, Venture Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, Lead Product Manager and Business Development at JAPFA, and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) x Sinarmas, among others.

Her diverse professional experience includes positions like Business Development Manager at Blibli.com, Co-Founder and CEO at JCL - Jakarta City Life, Marketing and New Business Development Manager at PT. Pacific Paint, and Research Associate at STEER Partners LLC, showcasing her strong background in business development and management.

Stephanie Yoe-Putihrai values innovation, experimentation, and creating products that add value and enhance users' lives. She is passionate about exploring new ideas and methodologies and believes in failing fast and learning from failures. Stephanie is known for her comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty and constantly seeks guidance from mentors to enhance her decision-making and leadership skills.

Although currently on a break from corporate and professional work to focus on motherhood, Stephanie remains committed to personal growth and development.
