Stephanie Wu

Stephanie Wu is a Human-centered Product Designer with a strong focus on creating healthy and impactful user experiences. Her impressive professional background includes roles such as Global Design Manager & Leadership Developer at Tesla, Designer at Fireside, Founder of the renewable energy non-profit Bamboo Lota, and Sales at Box. Stephanie's education background is equally impressive, with a B.A. in Mass Communications, Globalization & Competitive Strategy, and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as studies in Politics and Public Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Stephanie currently serves as a Product Designer & Design Operations at HOVER Inc., where her expertise and skills are put to use. Her previous roles include Product Designer at Fireside Technologies Inc., Sr. Program Manager at Tesla's Gigafactory, Global Learning Design Manager at Tesla, Project Manager in Service Operations at Tesla, among others. Stephanie has also held positions such as Sales Development Representative at Box, Global Marketing Consultant at Talenthouse, and Marketing Associate at psd2css Online. Her diverse professional experience also includes being a Politics.co.uk Journalist (Intern) at Adfero, Researcher & Caseworker for Susan Kramer MP at the UK Parliament, and Marketing Strategist at Urban Strategies Council.

Passionate about various causes, Stephanie is an advocate for mental health, AAPI and Black Lives Matter allyship, education and technology, global renewable energy solutions, and fostering digital connections. Her commitment to leaving a positive impact on the world is evident through her work and initiatives. Stephanie's involvement as a Co-Founder and Head of Communications at Bamboo Lota, as well as her role as a Mentor at the Haas School of Business, showcases her dedication to making a difference within her community and beyond.
