Stephanie Swords is an experienced Program Director/Administrator with a strong background in the academic clinical research industry, excelling in education and training development, program design, financial oversight, clinical research staff management, and teaching a variety of clinical research topics.

Her expertise includes the development and implementation of 'Train the Trainer Programs', team building, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), management, and healthcare.

Stephanie holds a Science of Clinical Investigations (SOCI) Certificate from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Sociology, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
