Stephanie Stillings, MD, is an accomplished medical professional with a background in neuroscience research and clinical operations coordination. She completed her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at the prestigious University of Florida College of Medicine, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Miami.
During her time at the Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Diseases, Dr. Stillings conducted cutting-edge research to uncover new treatments and therapies for debilitating diseases affecting the brain and nervous system. She has also served as a Peer Mentor for the Pre-Health Peer Mentoring Program (P3) and the SNMA/MAPS Undergraduate Mentoring Program, helping aspiring medical professionals navigate the complex path to becoming doctors.
As the Clinic Operations Coordinator at the Equal Access Clinic at Main Street, Dr. Stillings oversees the day-to-day operations of a busy medical clinic serving patients in need. She excels at juggling multiple responsibilities, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support.
In addition to her medical career, Dr. Stillings has volunteered extensively in her community and beyond, working with organizations such as Volunteers for Intercultural and Definitive Adventures and the Missouri Public Interest Research Group. She is a skilled biology and healthcare workshop leader and has presented her research findings at the Business of Health Care Post-Election Conference.
