Stephanie Stella has a diverse background in intellectual property law, with a focus on IP litigation, trademark and copyright prosecution, and enforcement. She has represented clients in complex patent, copyright, and trademark matters at various court levels. Stephanie has experience in defending generic drug companies in litigation, preparing pharmaceutical patent opinions, and prosecuting patent applications across different technologies. Prior to her current role at Microsoft, she worked at prestigious law firms like Wolf Greenfield and Eversheds Sutherland, where she honed her skills in patent, copyright, and trademark litigation. Stephanie also has a strong sales engineering background, having worked at Applikon Biotechnology and Nortel Networks. She holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a Sales Engineering Certificate from the University of Florida.
