Stephanie Reynders

Stephanie Reynders is a former professional snowboarder turned product developer and founder. After an accomplished career in sport, Reynders pursued her education at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwlyceum in Belgium, studying science and modern languages. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in New Product Development from the Universiteit Antwerpen, achieving distinctions and awards for her academic work.
Reynders has served in various roles throughout her professional career, including as a Research Manager at Picnic: The Friendship Company, a Research Executive at Streetbees, and an Academic Research Assistant at Universiteit Antwerpen. Her expertise in new product development has been honed through internships at Before The Wave (Studio Peter Van Riet), as well as through her studies and research work. Most recently, Reynders has founded her own company, LAGATTA, which focuses on creating stylish activewear for women.
Through her education and experience, Reynders has developed a wealth of knowledge in the areas of sports, product development, entrepreneurship, and research. Her skillset includes strategic planning, market research, project management, and new product development. Reynders is passionate about bringing innovation to the market and empowering women through her work.
