Stephanie Oestreich is a LEED accredited professional with 20 years of experience in Architecture and Construction. She has studied Architecture at the University of Texas at Austin, Career Discovery Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and History of Art & Architecture at Tufts University. Working in RKTB Architects, P.C as a Senior Architect, she has had extensive experience with plan review: CA DSA, LADBS, NYC DOB, and other agencies. Her specialties include sustainable design, LEED analysis, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and historic preservation. Her project expertise includes K-12 and higher education, operations & maintenance, laboratory, civic, cultural, and historic preservation/rehabilitation. With other qualifications such as detailing, specification writing, estimating and detailing of glazing, storefront and curtain wall systems, Stephanie has worked with multiple other organizations such as the Caldwell Architects, Harris Glass Company, RNL and more.
