Prior to this, she held the position of Business Development & Staffing Manager at Robert Half International, a leading specialized staffing firm, where she excelled in new business generation, client management, and candidate recruitment, playing a pivotal role in the company's market growth. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany, New York, and has also been actively involved as Co-Chair of the Junior Advisory Board at Self Help Africa.
