Senior Designer on the Product User Experience Design team, ensuring the best and most consistent member experience from via excellent AI and UX. Design lead for LinkedIn Product Security and Privacy efforts, helping members become smarter and more in control of their accounts. This includes strategizing with Project Managers, collaborating with Web dev's and engineers, and working closely with other UX designers to create the most consistent and leveraged product design.

Strategized, redesigned and launched completely new Member Settings experience for both mobile app and desktop product.

Additionally, I have served for one year on the executive team for LinkedIn's Women In Tech initiative, leading communications efforts as well as supporting women's coding events.

Senior User Experience Designer

As part of the LinkedIn UED Brand and Marketing Design team:

• Created concepts and visual design for microsites and email campaigns. Provided art direction for imagery, as well as collaboration on information architecture and experience strategy.

• Drove development and implementation of standards, templates and guidelines for improved and consistent email campaign design, responsive layout for mobile, better member experience, and optimum results. Consultant-at-large for best practices in device-agnostic email design.

• Provided guidance and oversight on brand adherence across various marketing deliverables. Evangelist for "mobile first" principles in email design.

• Collaborated with marketing stakeholders to arrive at successful, engaging, on-brand deliverables with proven results.

User Experience Designer

Provided strategy, concept, and design for a broad array of identity and marketing programs to both B2B and consumer clients, as well as nonprofit organizations. Clients included Napa Valley Cooking School, Culinary Institute of America, Bambu Boutique, and SAP.

Senior creative lead on multi media campaigns including web, banners, identity, event graphics, print collateral, direct marketing and print advertising. Collaborated with writers, designers and animators on wide variety of B2B and consumer campaigns.

Associate Creative Director/Interactive Designer

Creative concepting and design for a variety of B2B clients including large programs for HP. Projects ranged from collateral concepting and  design and production, presentation design, direct mail, landing pages, and print advertising campaigns. Operated in both a hands-on and supervisory role. Established a reputation for being collaborative and success-driven. Role included supervisory as well as hands-on duties, press checks and photo supervision.
