Stephanie's professional journey began as a staff research associate at the University of California. From there, she held positions such as Principal Marketing Consultant at Crawford Communications Group and MBA Marketing Intern at Bayer HealthCare before joining the company as a Management Associate in the MBA Leadership Development Program. She later rose to become Associate Brand Manager and eventually, a Product Manager at Bayer HealthCare before venturing into the industry further as a Senior Product Manager at Dermira and Associate Director at Exelixis.
