Aaron is a local NGO for vulnerable children that are affected by HIV/AIDS in Lilongwe, Malawi. 

Project Manager
•	Responsible for developing a reliable and sustainable programme that includes community participation (healthcare/nutrition,education and safety/poverty)
•	Coordinate communication and partnerships with other funding and development programs and local health counterparts (Local chiefs, Ministry of justice, Social Welfare, UNWOMEN, other community based organization and local NGO’s)
•	Monthly monitoring and evaluation of income and expanses, including the writing of reports
•	Manage budgets and resources 
•	Managing operational staff 
•	Write grant proposals and funding requests
•	Set up business models for guardians to support income-generating activities to be self-sufficient.

Among its major responsibilities, UN Women supports member states as they set global standards for gender equality and women’s empowerment, and works with governments and civil society organizations to develop laws, policies, programs and services needed to implement strategies for promoting human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security. UN Women works in the spirit of collaboration and coalition- building

At the moment I'm doing research on women in the private and public sector in Malawi. I'm working closely with ministries and leading private companies. This research will lead to a clearer understanding of the current gender equality in the private and the public sector. This could be a starting point from where we can influence the gender equality in both sectors in Malawi.

Kiboko town hotel is a hotel in the centre of Lilongwe. Africa House is a high-end lodge in the more quiet part of Lilongwe. It is known for it excellence in service and quality.

Implemented a product strategy for a new online printing on demand greeting card website. Responsible for various activities such as acquiring suppliers and establishing new contracts, ensuring outstanding quality of KaartWereld’s product range (five thousand different designs). In addition, my responsibilities included analysing KaartWereld target group and online sales results, and serving as an account manager for suppliers, designers and licenses agents on a daily basis.Content marketing and Google search optimization (SEO, SEA, Adwords).
