Stephanie Garcia

Stephanie Garcia is a former professional track athlete turned college athletic administrator and content creator. She started her athletic journey as a walk-on for the University of Virginia's track and cross-country teams, where she quickly became a standout athlete, qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships as a true freshman and winning an ACC Conference title as a sophomore. Stephanie balanced her athletic career with a double major in English Language and Literature/Letters and American Government and Politics, as well as pursuing her master's degree at the University of Virginia.

After nine seasons as a professional track athlete sponsored by New Balance, Stephanie transitioned to OCR and trail racing and began focusing on her next career phase as a college athletic administrator. She currently works as an Account Executive at D1.ticker, a leading website for college athletic news, where she helps administrators stay updated on the most important news in the industry. She also creates professional development and leadership content through Athletic Director U. Additionally, Stephanie is involved with Student-Athlete NIL, an agency that represents brands developing NIL partnerships with student-athletes. She also works in revenue generation, marketing strategy, and sponsorship sales and partnerships for the entire Drive and Company product portfolio.

Stephanie's ultimate goal is to support student-athletes as they pursue their dreams on and off the field of play. Through her athletic and professional career, she has honed skills in leadership, marketing, content creation, and more.
