Stephanie Decker

Stephanie Decker is a growth-focused professional with extensive experience in event management and marketing. She currently serves as the Campaigns and Conferences Lead at EcoEngineers, a consulting firm focused on the energy transition, since January 2024. Her role involves crafting event strategies that emphasize international marketing and sustainability, as well as building impactful partnerships with non-profit organizations. Prior to this, she worked as an Event Marketing Strategist at IBM from June 2019 to January 2024, where she managed end-to-end event strategy and communication campaigns to expand customer outreach.
