Stephanie Cole

Stephanie Cole is a seasoned professional with a strong background spanning over 20 years in the voluntary and community sector, focusing on governance, capacity building, and organization development.

Her expertise includes community asset transfer, communications, information management, ICT, databases, social media, websites, service development, and the management of staff and volunteers.

Stephanie's approach is characterized by being value-led, asset-based, collaborative, and friendly, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, sustainability, and resilience of voluntary and community organizations, charities, and social enterprises.

She currently serves as the co-founder and co-director of Yes We Can, a platform dedicated to fostering social change leadership in the north east of England.

Stephanie has pursued education in coaching and mentoring, social entrepreneurship, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from Northumbria University.

Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in various impactful roles such as co-founder at Yes We Can Community CIC, coach at North East Coaching Collective, and co-lead at North East Together: Network for social change leadership.

She has also contributed as a Fellow at The RSA, trustee and vice-chair at Scotswood Natural Community Garden, trustee and chair at Northern Creative Solutions, and founder of Sharing Learning Doing.
