Stephanie Cohen is a seasoned tech entrepreneur known for her expertise in talent acquisition, community building, and event management. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, she has worked with several high-growth companies, including AppNexus, Work-Bench, and Lerer Hippeau. Currently, Stephanie serves as an Operating Partner at Lerer Hippeau, where she oversees the platform and collaborates with the team and founders to forge community and connections across their diverse portfolio. Stephanie is also a former co-founder and board member of NYC BLEND, a non-profit organization that aims to promote diversity and inclusion in the New York tech ecosystem.
Stephanie's professional journey began at AppNexus, where she worked as a University Recruiter and helped grow the company's headcount from 300 to 1,100. Later, she joined Work-Bench, a venture capital firm that focuses on enterprise technology, as Manager of Talent and Community before transitioning to Director of Platform. At Work-Bench, Stephanie curated a thriving community of entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts while overseeing the firm's events and talent acquisition initiatives.
