Stephanie Bohannon is an accomplished professional with a diverse and impressive background in both athletics and academia. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, Psychology, and Criminal Justice from The University of Connecticut, where she also served as a Student-Athlete Tutor and Study Hall Monitor at the Counseling Program for Intercollegiate Athletes. After graduation, Bohannon worked as the Recreation Director at Nike Green Mountain Running Camp and later as the Psychology Research Intern at York Women's Correctional Facility.
Bohannon then transitioned back into athletics, serving as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Division of Athletics at the University of Connecticut and as the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development & Community Outreach. She further honed her skills as the Volunteer Coordinator at TrackTown USA before taking on the role of Director of Operations for Track & Field at the University of Oregon. From there, Bohannon became the Associate Director at Northeast Kingdom Running Camp before securing her current position as Director of Operations for Track & Field/Cross Country at the University of Washington.
Throughout her career, Bohannon has shown exceptional expertise in operations and management, athletic coaching, mentorship, and community outreach. Her academic background in psychology has also equipped her with a unique understanding of human behavior and motivation that informs her work. With her vast experience and remarkable achievements, Bohannon is a highly respected professional in her field and a valuable asset to any organization.
