Managing call center operations including writing and enforcing procedure and policies, making decisions about hiring and staff changes, overseeing all recruiting decisions, working with project management and client services staff to see research studies through, and maintaining a database of 100,000 respondents.During the summer of 2011 I took on the task of leading the restructure of the Call Center at Fieldwork Chicago North.  The restructure consisted of hiring and training staff, implementing procedures, and writing policies.

Call Center Director

Supervised fifteen phone room employees nightly, including telephone recruiters and computer data entry people. Understood market research studies and made sure they were recruited correctly and on time. Created spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel using formulas and cell validation. Sent and received emails from clients regarding their group progress. Maintained and modified respondent information in Research Tracker to keep the database efficient. Worked closely with Project Managers and Front Desk Staff

Call Center Evening Supervisor

Used Microsoft Excel to enter respondent information into spreadsheets for clients. Use Microsoft Outlook to send confirmation letters to respondents. Use MDSS Research Tracker software to schedule respondents for focus groups and update their information.

Data Entry

Called respondents and took them through paper screeners to try and schedule them for focus groups. Tracked quotas and group availability while scheduling qualified respondents.
