Sales Operations Analyst

•	Work closely with account managers and sales leadership to coordinate and position Trend Micro SaaS solutions in super marketplaces.
•	Draft special terms and commercial terms for deals subject to review with sales operations leadership.
•	Coordinate the flow of information across multiple groups, such as Sales, Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Operations, and outside organizations to facilitate the deal process.
•	Provide guidance to account managers on deal structuring in a way that meets customers’ requirements, sets them up for maximum success, and maximizes total customer account value. Offer post deal support where necessary.
•	Participate in deal reviews with account managers and sales leadership as appropriate.
•	Ensure the account managers are selling the correct and latest mix of products and using the correct SKUs for their deal purpose.
•	Facilitate the timely review and approval of deal proposals.
•	Own relationships with sales-supporting teams for day-to-day matters.
•	Collaborate with sales enablement team to build and deliver training.
•	Work hand-in-hand with business application, sales operations, and finance teams to facilitate automation and the scaling of SaaS solutions within the organization.
•	Assist operations and the organization in various analytical reporting.

Cloud Operations Specialist

•	Onboarding all new hires within the Region. This includes SalesForce training, Price List review, Product placement and general training for other sales tools, etc.
•	Assist with opportunity creation and updating SalesForce as needed.
•	Assist with quote creation and updating SF as needed.
•	Manages the Deal Registration approval process.
•	Manages evaluation key request process and Proof of Concept process.
•	Tracks daily sales report and closes out Won new business opportunities in SF.
•	Works closely with account team to service and maintain existing customers.
•	Assist with managing the VLE/MAM renewals.
•	Pipeline Reviews with rep and Director as scheduled.
•	Understands general Trend Micro processes and who to contact for assistance (Order Management, Legal, Marketing, etc.)
•	Covering for sales reps when they are out of the office.
•	Overall "go-to" person for the sales reps and needs to be able to maintain high level of activity and emotional demand.

Regional Sales Support Specialist - West

• Meet or exceed activity thresholds pertinent to success in territory
• Responsible for achieving specified revenue quota, pipeline, forecast and customer & channel partner satisfaction.
• Inbound and outbound account management with customers and channel partners
• Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities
• Up sell and cross sell new products, add-ons, professional services, and maintenance

Channel Account Manager, Sub100 Renewals

•	Liaison between Marketing team and Sales team
•	Uncover customer and prospect interest to develop into a solid sales opportunity
•	Initiate 80-100 outbound calls daily to support lead generation
•	Identify key buying influences/decision makers within prospects
•	Cultivate relationships by conducting follow-up calls to build a pipeline within the sales process
•	Generate sales qualified leads and transition to the appropriate account executive
•	Keep current with industry and product knowledge
