His background stems from the U.S. Army, where he honed his skills in designing educational experiences to ensure soldiers' success in combat.

Stephane now applies his expertise and fervor in True Fiktion, an education startup that utilizes comics to educate on the history of marginalized communities.

His work involves accelerating student comprehension through innovative sequencing of images and text, thereby enhancing academic achievement.

With a solid foundation in leadership from his six years in the U.S. Army, Stephane has also delved into the corporate world as a former strategy consultant at Accenture, specializing in change management, strategic cost-cutting, SaaS operating models, and manufacturing network design.

He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Point, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and an M.S. in Design Innovation from Northwestern University's Segal Design Institute.
