Stéphane El Mabrouk

Stephane El Mabrouk is an accomplished IT professional with 20+ years of experience in driving transformation programs and delivering results through international operations and optimization. He has a proven track record as a certified IPMA B Program Manager for large-scale programs, and his exceptional leadership ability has been instrumental in setting up and developing BU's as the Chief Operating Officer of Thales Digital Factory. Stephane is driven by his insatiable appetite to learn from diversity and to drive business change faster. His expertise spans various industries, including Aerospace & Defense and Consumer Goods.

After studying at Lycée Jean Mermoz (Montpellier), Stephane earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. He later completed the Executive MBA program at ESCP Europe as part of the Accenture leadership program.

Currently the Head of Operations at Thales Digital Factory, Stephane has held several senior positions, including Group IS - Operations Director, Group IS - Transformation Program Director, Head of Business Applications at Thales, and Senior Manager at Accenture. He began his career as an IS/IT Manager at Decathlon.
