Stephan Kinsch

Stephan Kinsch has turned his passion into a profession since 2002 by founding his own company, Bebop, where he supports leaders from various sectors as a consultant, trainer, and coach.

His work is the result of his experiences as a leader and as a clown, incorporating impactful moments and valuable human connections along his professional journey.

Through encounters, experiences, and a TEDx talk on clown leadership, Stephan has started drawing parallels between how leaders and clowns approach their roles, offering insights he now shares through his training, coaching, and speaking engagements.

Education-wise, Stephan has a diverse background, studying Diplom in Betreibswirtschaftslehre at Université des Saarlandes, Nachhaltige Entwicklungszusammenarbeit at TU Kaiserslautern, Coaching Thérapeutique, Clown et Communication, Coaching - Gestalt, Leadership Formation, and more, showcasing his commitment to learning and personal development.
