Stephan Grund is dedicated to driving entrepreneurial efforts at OKM through Management Buy-In strategies and expanding the company's network of independent sales representatives worldwide.

His expertise lies in attracting and retaining top talent for OKM's offices in Altenburg, Charlotte, NC, Dubai, and Antalya, covering various departments, and aiming to establish OKM as a premier provider of detection technology solutions.

Prior to his current role, Stephan Grund has held positions at organizations such as CATERWINGS, Bain & Company, Lazard, AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, ThyssenKrupp Polysius SAS, BASF, and ROLAND Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG, gaining valuable experience across different industries.
