Steph Speirs is an accomplished entrepreneur and community builder with a diverse background spanning management roles in the Middle East, South Asia, and the United States.
She is deeply involved in driving climate solutions and clean energy initiatives and serves on the boards of multiple organizations focused on clean energy, ESG, and entrepreneurship.
Steph co-founded and led Solstice, a company aimed at democratizing access to clean energy through community-shared solar farms, which was later acquired by MyPower/Mitsui.
Her professional journey includes significant roles such as leading sales and marketing innovation in India at d.light, developing renewable energy impact investment strategies in Pakistan with Acumen, and contributing to Middle East policy at the White House National Security Council.
Steph's educational background is equally impressive, with a B.A. from Yale, a Master in Public Affairs (MPA) from Princeton, and an MBA from MIT, where she focused on Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
