Steph Speirs

Steph Speirs is an entrepreneur and community builder with extensive experience in renewable energy and social impact. She is the co-founder and CEO of Solstice, a company dedicated to expanding access to clean energy through community-shared solar farms in the United States.13

Prior to founding Solstice, Speirs worked at d.light, a solar products company in India, where she led sales and marketing innovation initiatives.14 She also spearheaded Acumen's renewable energy impact investment strategy in Pakistan.14

Speirs has a diverse background, including:
