Steph Morgan

Steph Morgan is a senior executive at RBC Ventures, holding the position of Vice President of Enterprise Partner Solutions & Mobility Ventures.12 She joined RBC in September 2018, bringing extensive experience from venture-funded startups.1 At RBC Ventures, Steph focuses on building value beyond banking for Canadians and making a difference for the greater good of RBC and its clients.1

Prior to her role at RBC, Steph co-founded TalentEgg, a popular Canadian job site and online career resource for students and recent graduates, with her wife Lauren Friese in 2008.1 After TalentEgg was acquired, Steph transitioned to RBC, excited about the potential to exercise her talent and skill in the corporate environment.1
