She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Steph has a strong background in one-on-one coaching, specializing in communication, presentation, relationship building, organization, and leadership skills.

Throughout her career, Steph has held various roles in different organizations, including being a Human Resources Generalist at Peaksware Holdings, LLC and serving as a Leadership & Mindfulness Coach at the Center for Peace Through Culture. She has also worked as a Staff Coach & Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, and Creative Coordinator at different organizations like Peaksware Holdings, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and Dixon Place.

Additionally, Steph has experience as a Producer, Playwright, Actor, Aerialist, and Musician. Her diverse roles include Administrative Assistant, Teaching Artist, Office Manager, and Showcase Curator at organizations such as DigitasLBi, THE AQUILA THEATRE COMPANY, INC., Renaissant Arts, The Children's Garden Montessori School, and Shakespeare & Company.
