Stellah Lubinga

Stellah Lubinga is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background in Public Administration. She holds a Doctor of Administration and a Master of Public Administration from prestigious institutions such as the University of the Free State and the University of Pretoria. Stellah also completed her studies in International Relations and Affairs as well as Politics at the University of Pretoria.

Throughout her career, Stellah has held various significant roles in the education sector. She currently serves as the Vice Principal Academics at IIE's Varsity College Sandton, demonstrating her leadership and administrative skills. Stellah has previously worked as the Senior Head of Programme and Head of Programme at The Independent Institute of Education. Her experience also includes lecturing at the University of the Free State and interning at the United Nations Information Centre.
