Steff Wright

Steff Wright, CEO of Gusto Group Ltd, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for developing sustainable businesses and innovating across different sectors. With over 20 years of experience in building low energy housing and developing sustainable communities, Steff is an expert in environmental sustainability and has spoken at numerous conferences on this subject. He is also a strong advocate of social enterprises and has invested in start-ups focused on innovative ways of tackling the climate crisis.

Aside from his business pursuits, Steff is also the founder of GlobalGrad.com, where he channels his passion for travel and lifelong learning into creating a new learning ecosystem that combines online education with global and purposeful volunteering. Steff is also an avid kite surfer, snowboarder, and cyclist in his free time.

Education-wise, Steff studied Construction Diploma at Basford Hall College and Building Construction Technology at the same institution. He also attended Edward 6th Grammar School and Magnus Grammar School in Newark.

Prior to his role as Gusto Group CEO, Steff was the MD of Gusto Construction Ltd and spent 10 years as a director and Chairman of Lincoln City FC, where he helped put in place a sustainable business model while trying to achieve growth.
