His expertise includes debt structuring and co-founding a pioneering B-Corp, driven by a mission to foster social and environmental change through finance.

Stefano completed his high school education at Colégio Santa Cruz and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo.

He further expanded his knowledge through Economics and Finance courses as an exchange student at Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi'.

Throughout his career, Stefano held various key roles, including Investment Associate at Soros Economic Development Fund, Senior Investment Consultant, Lead curator at Invest for Good Brazil, Impact Investment Banking Associate at ClearlySo, and Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

He also co-founded Ecolivery Courrieros Ltda., served as a Credit Analyst at Merrill Lynch, was part of the Impact Team at Abercrombie & Fitch, and interned at the Economic Research Team at Banco Safra.
