With over 10 years of experience, Stefanie's expertise lies in domestic and international environmental project management, advocacy, building cross-sectoral networks and initiatives, and developing innovative conservation finance mechanisms for coastal wetlands.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has held key positions at prominent organizations in the environmental sector. She currently serves as a Wetlands Manager at The Nature Conservancy, where she leads initiatives for wetland conservation. Previously, she was the Blue Carbon Program Director at Restore America's Estuaries, demonstrating her strong background in conservation finance. Stefanie also has experience working as an Outreach and Communications Fellow at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and as a Coastal Resource Management Extension Worker at the US Peace Corps.
