General Manager/Head of WA Program Mgmt/Tech Sales and Lab Services

Key Achievements : 
•	Led the HCL Products & Platforms UX/UI Centre of Excellence team in defining the user experience of the products and setting the design directions for the entire division. 
Responsibilities: 
•	Build, nurture and lead the UX team in charge of fostering the adoption of the Design Thinking methodology across all products in the HCL Products and Platforms division. 
•	Develop and implement strategies to accelerate design thinking adoption across the division.

General Manager/Head of UX/UI CoE

Key Achievements : 
•	Led the joint IBM-HCL Project Management Office and established processes and governance for the Automation portfolio at HCL.
•	Managed process definitions, the governance model and relationships for the IBM-HCL partnership. 
•	Negotiated and established processes, the governance model and relationships for the IBM-HCL partnership.
Responsibilities: 
•	Headed a cross-functional team with representative of different functions (Offering Management, development, support, sales, services, marketing, etc.) with the goal of managing the entire Automation product portfolio and its life-cycle.

Executive Project Manager PMO 

Key Achievements : 
•	Led the ISO27001 certification project for IBM Workload Automation on Cloud/Bluemix (started on August 2016, certification obtained on Feb 2016) and ISO27001 certification

•	Successfully accomplished projects on time and within the set budget without compromising quality: 
-	Led the ISO27001 certification project for IBM Workload Automation on Cloud/Bluemix (Aug - Feb 2016) and ISO27001 certification project for IBM Control Desk on Cloud (Mar – Nov 2015)
-	Managed the implementation of an IBM Workload Scheduler for Bluemix.
-	Developed an effective service Improvement plan for IBM Control Desk on Cloud at JLL customer. 
•	Led the 2 product teams (IBM Workload Automation product portfolio and IBM Control Desk product portfolio) to achieve a common project governance model, applying best practices to ensure projects are successfully completed and risks are communicated and properly managed.
•	Created and managed the strategic roadmap for the 2 portfolio offerings
•	Mapped the strategy to products and offerings to deliver business results to hit revenue, expense and profit targets
•	Provided overall management and support for concurrent projects across multiple products, also supporting the director and Development VP of these two product portfolios
Responsibilities: 
•	Acted as Program Manager of two product portfolios (IBM Workload Automation product portfolio and IBM Control Desk product portfolio
•	Professionally coordinated and led the entire offering Team, a cross functional team that was geographically distributed and composed by the development, architecture, sales, marketing, manufacturing, business development, sales, finance, globalization, support, and education professionals for the two portfolio offerings.

Executive Project Manager

Key Achievements : 
•	Improved the SPA portfolio warranty cost results for 2013 by 2.5% within one year of leadership.  
Responsibilities: 
•	Acted as the Quality Program Manager for the Service Process Automation (SPA) segment (50+ products portfolio), and took orders from the Vice President of the SPA segment. 
•	Coordinated and led a cross-functional geographically distributed team composed by members of various product teams (under different directors) with the common goal of warranty cost reduction for the entire segment. 
•	Effectively defined processes, methodologies and metrics for warranty cost reduction.

IBM Tivoli Software

SPA Quality Program Manager

Key Achievements : 
•	Successfully led the project to deliver first version of IBM Workload Automation on the public cloud, as a software as a service offering.
•	Successfully directed the customer validation of the IBM Workload Automation on cloud project and received recommendations from +30 customers and +10 business partners who were pleased of the results and provided testimonial quotes that were shown on the site.  
•	Led and delivered successfully (on time, on budget, with quality) several projects for newer product releases (about one release every 6 months) with up to +60 FTEs on multiple sites through this period of time.
Responsibilities: 
•	Acted as Program Manager for Tivoli IBM Workload Automation product family portfolio.
