Stefan Spath

Stefan Spath is a seasoned professional with close to twenty years of experience in the financial markets, having served in diverse roles ranging from equity research and portfolio management to global securities trading and investment banking.

Currently, Spath holds the position of Managing Director at MCAP, a renowned OTC market maker and technology pioneer in the global financial sector.

Prior to his role at MCAP, Spath served as the Managing Director of INTL FC Stone's corporate advisory division, bringing his wealth of expertise to the organization.

Before joining INTL, Spath was the Executive Director at the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), the oldest think-tank in the United States dedicated to promoting the economic and legal principles of a free society.

During his tenure at RMC Group, Plc., a global conglomerate based in Paris, Spath worked as an Investment Analyst where he managed currency hedging for European projects on the brink of the euro area monetary union implementation.

Stefan Spath's academic journey is equally impressive, holding a Master's Degree in international business and finance from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as a Certificat d'Etudes from the University of Paris, La Sorbonne, and a Bachelor's degree in history and economics from Rollins College.

He is a registered principal with FINRA, having successfully passed exams including series 7, 63, 55, 65, and 24, showcasing his deep industry knowledge and commitment to professional growth.
