Stefan Manastirliu is an experienced product leader with a background in engineering and design. For over 10 years, he has been building and scaling cross-functional product teams in fast-growing businesses. Stefan currently serves as the Executive Digital Product Director at Caffeina, an Italian digital native agency, where he leads the product team and oversees design, technology, and product management.

Before joining Caffeina, Stefan was the Head of Product Design at Osper, OVO Energy, and Lead UX Designer and Frontend Developer at citysocializer. He was also the Co-founder and Head of Design at Planet and the UX & Web Design Manager at OVO Energy. Stefan's technical expertise coupled with a strong background in design has helped him to build and grow successful digital products, establishing himself as an expert in the industry.
