With a solid grasp of Agile values and principles in project management, Stefan has successfully acted as a project manager for multiple initiatives. His expertise also extends to project cycle management in EU funds investments, showcasing a successful track record in this field.

Stefan Chirap holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" in Cluj-Napoca and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Bucharest. He is dedicated to expanding his knowledge base and incorporating new Agile methodologies into his practices, particularly emphasizing SCRUM in the IT&C industry.

Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Paddy Power Betfair, Stefan has previously held positions as Project Manager at GoodWill Consulting Ltd. and Junior Project Manager at MEDIA INVEST. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to professional growth and development.
