Stash Jarocki

Stash Jarocki is a distinguished information security IT leader with extensive experience in governance, risk management, technology, and audit. With a diverse background in U.S. Intelligence, civilian government, and public/private sectors, Stash has developed and implemented comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management programs. He has earned a reputation as a change agent who can lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Stash has held leadership positions across various organizations such as MUFG, Arizona State University, Albertsons Companies, and Phoenix Children's Hospital, among others. He is skilled in developing policy, procedures, and processes supporting multiple-discipline information and cyber security, risk management, governance, audit, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure and AWS), and technology transformations.

Stash has been recognized as the chief architect/engineer and a founder of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), an official ISAC, and was the lead editor and contributing author of the first "USA National Security Plan for the Financial Sector." He was honored with the Center for Digital Government’s Cyber Security Leadership and Innovation Award in 2014 for his work in Government, Financial Sector, and Healthcare leadership.

Studying Cryptography - Computer Science at National Cryptologic School and having a BSEE, Computer Science - Mathematics at New Jersey Institute of Technology, Stash has gained expertise in utilizing Cobit5, NIST, and ISO 27001 to meet SOX, GLBA, Privacy, HIPAA, ID Theft Laws, PCI DSS, FERPA, and regulatory needs. He has a keen interest in sharing his knowledge and expertise with various organizations.
