Stanley Ng is a sustainability-focused institutional intermediary with expertise in M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Human Capital deals primarily in Asia. He is also involved in Executive Search for Mid to Top Management roles across various industries.

As an occasional Private Investor, Stanley Ng engages in Seed, Pre-A, and A investments, along with holding small stakes in pre-IPO and private placements.

His professional experience includes involvement in a diverse range of recent and historical deals spanning across institutional real estate, healthcare, entertainment & media, fintech, big data analytics, robotic process automation, rail infrastructure, industrial/urban transformation, Asian equities hedge fund, STEM education, automotive industry, smart city initiatives, predictive sentiment analytics, Australian real estate projects, commercial real estate assets in various countries, M&A transactions globally, SDN WAN & Wireless Connectivity, movies & entertainment, cloud-based solutions, and loyalty CRM platforms, among others.

Stanley Ng holds a B. Eng with 1st Class Hons and a Gold Medal in Mechanical Engineering (Aircraft) from Nanyang Technological University. He also pursued Financial Analysis at the CFA Institute, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Flight Test Engineering from the Empire Test Pilots' School (DERA, UK MOD), and completed his GCE 'A' Levels at Hwa Chong Junior College and GCE 'O' Levels at The Chinese High School.

Throughout his career, Stanley Ng has held key positions in organizations such as HRP, a Senior Consultant in an Asian Executive Search Firm within a Global Alliance; Links, where he served as a Recruitment Manager based in Singapore; and United Technologies Corporation, where he led as a Business Unit Leader. His previous roles also include significant positions at the Republic of Singapore Air Force, including Chairman of NDP (P&C) Logistics, Flight Test Manager, and Program Manager.
