At present, Stan leads as the Chairman and CEO of The Pepper Companies, overseeing operations across offices in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Texas.

With a background enriched by diverse experiences, he emphasizes the importance of understanding and meeting clients' core business needs in every construction project undertaken by Pepper Construction.

Under his leadership, The Pepper Companies is engaged in multiple prestigious projects including The 1060 Project - Wrigley Field Renovation, the UIndy Health Pavilion, the Houston Catalyst residential high-rise, and the Hamby Wastewater Treatment Plan Improvements.

Stan Pepper's educational background includes a BA in Business from Monmouth College, and he has held various key positions in organizations such as StratusVue, Aldridge Electric, McShane Construction Corporation, and Lake Capital.
