CEO and founder of Well-Oiled Operations
Stacy Tuschl is the owner and CEO of Next Step Dance Studio, located in Franklin, Wisconsin. She took over ownership of the studio in 2023, alongside her sister Jamie Cook. The studio was originally founded in 1996 by Miss Terri Sinani and has been a part of the local community for many years. Tuschl and Cook are committed to maintaining the high standards established by Sinani while fostering a strong sense of community among their students and families.2
In addition to her role at Next Step Dance Studio, Tuschl is also the founder and CEO of Well-Oiled Operations, a business that aims to assist small businesses in achieving operational efficiency. She has been recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements, including being named the 2019 Wisconsin Small Business Person of the Year by the Small Business Administration and ranking on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2023.12
Tuschl holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she studied from 2002 to 2006. Her extensive experience in the performing arts includes founding The Academy of Performing Arts in 2005, which has evolved into a hub for dance, music, and theatre education.12
