With a diverse career spanning roles in community and sector development, organizational leadership, business development, youth work, and disability services, Stacy has demonstrated a people-focused management style and a knack for driving strategic initiatives in the not-for-profit human services sector.

Stacy's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Social Work, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Master of Social Work focused on Community Development and Social Research in Human Services. Additionally, she is a trained Partnership Broker, Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator, and holds a Diploma of Project Management.

Throughout her career, Stacy has held key positions such as Strategic Portfolio Manager at YFS Ltd, Projects & Implementation Lead at The Benevolent Society, Child and Family Portfolio Manager at UnitingCare Community, Principal Advisor at Queensland Family and Child Commission, Workforce Engagement Manager at Health and Community Services Workforce Council, Youth Support Coordinator at Community Living Association, and Community Development Worker at Centacare South Burnett Community Development Program.
