Stacia L. Brown

Stacia Brown is an accomplished writer, editor, and educator with over 18 years of experience in the field. Her expertise includes audio production, curriculum development, classroom management, and creative and technical writing. With an MFA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and a BA in English from Trinity Washington University, Stacia has taught Composition and Rhetoric and Creative Writing at various colleges and universities. She has also worked as a writer and editor for radio and podcasts, including her own award-winning series Baltimore: The Rise of Charm City. Stacia has an extensive track record of freelance writing, editorial coordination, and content creation and has worked with numerous publications such as The Washington Post, Clutch Magazine, and Mosaic Literary Magazine. In addition to her professional experience, Stacia has been involved in various organizations throughout her career, including her current position as a producer at North Carolina Public Radio-WUNC.
