    Her professional journey includes managing J.P. Morgan's public sector practice for EMEA in London, overseeing Nasdaq's microcap markets, and holding senior positions at the U.S. Treasury Department, the Center for Global Development, and the Harvard Institute for International Development.

    With extensive experience in over 50 countries, Staci is a renowned speaker, writer, and advisor on topics such as capital market development, financial technology, crypto/blockchain solutions, financial inclusion, and capital access.

    She actively contributes to the boards of the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) and the Energy for Growth Hub, while also chairing the Rwandan Capital Market Authority Board and participating in advisory roles for organizations like the UNCDF, European Parliament's STOA Committee, and the U.S. Fintech Association.

    Staci Warden holds a Master's degree in Public Policy specializing in International Trade and Finance from Harvard Kennedy School, completed coursework for a Ph.D. in Economics at Brandeis University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Bates College.
