Stacey Young, PhD is the first Chief Knowledge Officer (formerly Agency Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning Officer) at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).3 She has been with USAID since 2003 and has played a significant role in shaping the agency's approach to knowledge management and organizational learning.1
