She currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Organization Effectiveness and Change at Nike, showcasing her leadership and strategic skills. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Senior Director of Global Organization Capability and Strategy at Nike, displaying her versatility in organizational development.

Before her tenure at Nike, Stacey added value to esteemed organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company as the Director of Organization Effectiveness, CGI as the Senior Consultant and South BU Organization Development Practice Lead, and Georgia-Pacific LLC as the IT Communications and Change specialist. Her experience extends to Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where she worked as a System and Process Consultant.
