Stacey Rowland is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in catering management. Stacey has studied Level 1 and 2 Sommelier and Wine at the International Sommelier Guild, Certified Beer Server, Beer, and passed at Cicerone, as well as holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Purdue University.
Stacey has held key leadership positions at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, where currently she serves as the Executive Director of Catering. Previously, she held the roles of Director of Catering, Assistant Director of Catering, and Senior Catering Manager at the same resort. Prior to her tenure at Mandalay Bay, Stacey gained valuable experience at Gaylord Hotels, where she served as Senior Catering Manager, Catering Manager, and General Manager. She also held the position of Springhouse Golf Club Food and Beverage Manager at Gaylord Hotels.
