Stacey Harris is a Chief Research Officer and Managing Partner at Sapient Insights Group, a research and consulting firm that specializes in using data and insights to enhance organizational outcomes. With her vast experience in HR research, she oversees the Sierra-Cedar’s HR and Finance annual research efforts, including the renowned Annual HR Systems Survey and White Paper. At present, she also sits on the IHIRM Board of Directors as Vice-Chair.

Before joining the research community, Harris obtained a Master’s in Education and worked as a practitioner and consultant. She advised multiple HR, Talent Management, and Learning initiatives for major corporations worldwide. With her specialization in HR, Talent, and Learning Technologies, Harris speaks regularly at HR events globally and is often quoted in major media outlets such as Forbes, FastCompany, and HR Executive Magazine.
