Stacey Ferreira is a renowned entrepreneur and director with a wealth of experience in digital workplace strategy, revenue operations, and business development. She currently serves as the Director of New Formats at GameStop, overseeing the development and implementation of new and innovative strategies for the company. Previously, she made significant strides as the Director of Digital Workplace Strategy at WorkJam, where she helped Ops/HR/IT leaders select the right workforce management platform for their employees to succeed in the 2020 decade. Ferreira also co-founded Forge, a flexible scheduling and talent sharing platform (acquired by WorkJam, '20), and MySocialCloud (acquired by Reputation.com, '13).
Ferreira has been recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements and accomplishments at a young age, including being named Forbes 30 Under 30, a US State Department Speaker on Entrepreneurship, and one of twenty Thiel Fellows selected for the 2015 Thiel Fellowship. Additionally, she co-authored 2 Billion Under 20: How Millennials Are Breaking Down Age Barriers & Changing The World.
Ferreira is a global speaker, having presented at conferences such as ShopTalk, TechCrunch Bangalore, Singularity University, and NRF Talent Acquisition Group. Her speeches focus on the future of work, entrepreneurship, and education.
Ferreira studied at New York University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts. She also attended Xavier College Preparatory.
