Srivatsan Venkatesan is currently the Business and Product Head for Freshworks CRM at Freshworks Inc., where his main focus is on developing the best CRM solutions tailored for high-velocity sales teams. Freshsales CRM incorporates email, phone, analytics, and automation tools into a unified and convenient platform.

With a strong background in technology and business leadership, Srivatsan's journey includes founding Cloudnucleus, a Virtualization-based Disk Backup & Disaster Recovery software startup, in 2009. The startup was successfully acquired in September 2011, leading Srivatsan to assume the role of Vice President of Product Management at Vembu Technologies, the acquiring company.

Srivatsan's educational foundation lies in a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Madras. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions in reputable organizations, with notable roles such as Vice President of Engineering at Msys Technologies, Technical Consultant at Brocade/McDATA, Technical Lead at HCL Technologies, and Software Engineer at Comnet International.
